All Color Nest products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you after your purchase.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
• Personal preference

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will review your case and provide a replacement or another suitable solution.

Please report any issue within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product.
